The MR Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering the Magnetic Resonance (MR) education portfolio at the Cary North Carolina Training Center for both internal and external customers across the Americas region. This position involves close collaboration with the global Education & Development Center (EDC) to identify, develop, and optimize educational content based on experience and specific project needs. Additionally, the trainer will actively contribute to operational excellence initiatives at the Cary Training Center, ensuring the highest standards of training delivery and efficiency.
As a MR Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for:
Delivering courses aligned with the global MR product training strategy as defined by MR Business and Education & Development Center.
Embracing a customer centric mindset by collecting and interpreting customer feedback to drive MR operation improvement and trainer excellence.
Installation, startup, corrective and preventive maintenance for MR equipment in training center facilities.
Promoting student engagement during the MR product lifecycle (classroom training, online/virtual customer training, webinars, supporting content creation).
Embracing continuous professional and personal development by achieving certification in new courses within the (MR) education portfolio and completing applicable continuous learning activities.
Leading and participating in EDC assigned projects aimed at achieving training excellence.
Assisting MR equipment escalations, acting as MR technical expert.
Supporting the expansion of MR customer footprint with value-added education service initiatives.
Understanding market/industry needs and trends through close alignment and regular engagement through peer collaboration to best identify technical training needs to achieve EDC goals.
Sustaining effective and open communication with a proactive approach on information dissemination, collective feedback, and representation of global EDC Team.
