As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and supporting access control measures. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service while addressing any security-related concerns or questions. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents or hazards, documenting details according to company and client requirements.
• Work in varying environments and conditions as dictated by the commercial real estate location's needs.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding incidents, concerns, and daily activities.
• Assist with access control measures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the premises.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
