You are obsessed with organisation and high quality. While your main stage is the French market, your fluency in German and English makes you a versatile and valuable player. You are able to support a dedicated sales team while also remaining a highly collaborative team player within the larger global proposal writing department. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Support a global sales organisation by managing the complete lifecycle of a proposal response from intake of the RFP through to submission.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Marketing, and SMEs (SC, SA, Security &amp; Compliance) and operate with outstanding synchronisation.</li><li>Facilitate opportunity qualification calls/meetings, strategy calls, and regular status updates of RFP funnel.</li><li>Create and distribute project outlines (Responsibility Matrix) that break out RFP requirements into section assignments for project team members for completion.</li><li>Perform writing, editing, proofreading, customising, and formatting to ensure proposal responses are clear, concise and well-presented.</li><li>Help the team maintain and update a global RFP knowledge base, to increase the efficiency of the proposal process and share your knowledge with the entire organisation.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with SMEs within the organisation to create responses for proposals while maintaining a technical understanding of the company’s products and service offerings.</li><li>Review, edit, and provide guidance on the creation of cover letters, executive summaries, value propositions and other key components of proposals.</li><li>Support all activities related to the assembly, production, and logistics of the final proposal.</li><li>Coordinate with the Product Management, IT &amp; Security, and Technical Writing group for the development and management of technical documentation.</li><li>Have a deep understanding of our customer’s needs, and help us translate our capabilities into a story that earns their business!</li><br/></ul> <h3>Requirements: </h3> <ul> <li>2+ years’ technical sales experience in bid/proposal development, or related role.</li><li>Fluent reading and writing in French, English, and German. </li><li>Experience working in Pre-Sales or technical writing.</li><li>Love the intersection of technology, business, and learning.</li><li>Exceptional prioritisation, organisation, and communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of marketing and business development best practices.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Knowledge of the LMS industry and its surrounding standards will be a plus.</li><li>Experience in the SaaS industry will be considered a plus.</li><br/></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks 😍-Generous Vacation Policy, plus 2 extra floating holidays to use for religious or cultural events that matter to you-Employee Share Purchase Plan-Career progression/internal mobility opportunities-Four employee resource groups to get involved with (the Docebo Women's Alliance, PRIDE, BIDOC, and Green Ambassadors)-WeWork partnership and “Work from Anywhere” program<br/>Hybrid Office Model 🏢We believe when people are together, they develop deeper relationships and accelerate innovation.
