EpicCare Inpatient EMR

Description

 PCG is seeking an experienced EpicCare Inpatient EMR Specialist to join our healthcare organization. The EpicCare Inpatient EMR Specialist will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of our electronic medical record system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EpicCare Inpatient EMR and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to design and implement EpicCare Inpatient EMR workflows and templates 
• Configure and customize EpicCare Inpatient EMR system based on clinical and operational needs 
• Provide training and support to end-users, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EpicCare Inpatient EMR system 
• Optimize system performance and identify opportunities for improvement 
• Maintain documentation related to system configuration and user support 
• Stay current with EpicCare Inpatient EMR system updates and best practices 
• Participate in system testing and validation activities 
• Serve as a liaison between clinical users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, computer science, or related field 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with EpicCare Inpatient EMR system 
• EpicCare Inpatient EMR certification is required 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
