NO WEEKENDS, NO EVENINGS, NO HOLIDAYS

Answering inbound calls from patients wishing to schedule an appointment with a provider, our Triage Specialist will serve as the first point of contact with our patients. Providing high levels of customer service and respect are essential.

Job Duties:

• Receives inbound patient calls
• Triage patient calls
• Screens and accesses patient medical requests
• Schedules office appointments

Requirements

Requirements:
Valid LPN
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Medical Inbound call-center experience preferred
Minimum two years customer service experience
Keen attention to detail
Adept at Creative problem-solving
Ability to empathize with patients in need of care
