Oversee data management and data quality, utilizing tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard, Duplicate Management, Validation Rules, and Scheduled Flows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Implement and advise on platform security using Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Platform Encryption) and native security features.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), balancing custom and low-code integration patterns (e.g., External Services, Named Credentials).
Stay informed on Salesforce releases, ecosystem developments, and Trailhead advancements, proactively recommending and implementing platform enhancements.
