Lead Program Manager

Description of Task to be Performed:   AnaVation is looking for a Program Manager to help lead our growing team. The selected candidate will play a significant leadership role on the project and will also guide and facilitate the implementation of SAFe principles. This role involves planning and managing work while upholding core values to ensure alignment, collaboration, and effective delivery across multiple agile teams. These teams are focused on enhancing operational insight by improving data discoverability through enterprise search and query, as well as enabling operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichment, and analytics. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of contract administration and delivery to ensure that all contractual requirements are met efficiently and effectively.  This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a polygraph. This position is on-site with our customer in Huntsville, AL. 

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.). 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with agile teams and utilizing the SAFe methodology.
