This is role is working in our Complex Litigation practice group, based in the Seaport District in lower Manhattan, New York. Our team of top-notch brief writing attorneys will work on news-making, high-profile litigation matters across the country. Morgan &amp; Morgan will consider requests for office placement in other states for candidates with 5+ years of experience.</p> <p><strong>Qualification</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional research skills. Writers should be capable of scouring the earth on Westlaw to find applicable caselaw.&nbsp;</li> <li>Please submit at least two legal writing samples showing a robust and comprehensive demonstration of research abilities.
