POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Program Manager (located in one of the following cities: Sata Clara, CA - Phoenix, AZ - or Hillsboro, Oregon) who will be responsible for managing multiple projects or workstreams that include both technical (Design, Development, Testing, Architecture, etc.) and non-technical (Change Management, Adoption programs, etc.) elements. The Program Manager is responsible for the achievement of the larger organizational objectives through leading multiple Project Managers and other team members. The focus at the Program level is on strategy, implementation, delegation and strong communication and governance. The Program Manager will work closely with management and staff, partnering with key participants across the enterprise, such as technology partners, business management, IT as well as other department leads.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be located in one of the following cities: Santa Clara, CA - Phoenix, AZ - or Hillsboro, Oregon
- Strategize, Align, implement and maintain programs adhering to organizational objectives
Organizing, planning and prioritizing efforts into workstreams
Managing multiple technical and non-technical workstreams
Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for team improvement based on data and results of reporting
Participation in scrum ceremonies, including: daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, iteration planning, program increment planning, demos, and retrospectives
Support to resolve team blockers as it pertains to iterations and program increments
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, project managers, Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing
Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate across teams
Support teams in ensuring prioritized work is refined, planned, and executed appropriately
Work with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Product team to ensure alignment on dependencies
Perform other duties as requested
SKILLS:
8+ years experience as a program/project manager. Impeccable organizational and program management skills
Strong Adobe ecosystem knowledge and must have Adobe Experience Cloud experience
Broad MarTech stack experience
Experience working with Enterprise clients
Ability to present to and earn the trust of a diverse team at the Executive level
Excellent communication skills. Team player who seeks solutions to problems and can quickly translate ambiguity to clarity and action
The ability to lead and guide teams and create confidence across our extended team that they can deliver
The ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple simultaneous initiatives.
The ability to think incrementally and develop approaches, options and sequencing to large complex initiatives
