We achieve this by offering continuous learning and development, collaborative team work environment, promotion of work-life integration, and exposure to a wide variety of work.</p><p>Imagine your future at MUFG Investor Services where you can grow professionally, in a diverse and inclusive workplace that rewards your contribution. </p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Reporting to the Associate Director, Middle Office Operations, Fund Order Desk, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization in a role with full training &amp; support. <br/> <br/> <strong>You Will</strong></p><p>Be part of on operational team responsible for the delivery of Fund Order Desk activities. This includes:</p><ul><li>Ensure all client deliverables are executed on an ongoing basis, and in line with all internal policies and procedures.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training and development, as well as the training an mentoring of other team members.</li><li>Liaise with clients, investment managers, and underlying transfer agents for day-to-day operational issues;</li><li>Work with internal teams to ensure all client deliverables are met</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of system &amp; process enhancements</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>University Degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience</li><li>At least 2 years' experience working in the fund services industry, across one of or a combination of FoF Custody/Fund Trading/Transfer Agency roles</li><li>Working knowledge of fund order execution/settlements. This includes various fund structures, fund offering documentation completion, investor account opening requirements, and AML &amp; FATCA requirements</li><li>Exposure to either or both Securities and Payment Swift messages.</li><li>Excellent client focus, with strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and time management skills</li><li>Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment</li><li>The ability to work well in a team environment</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>At MUFG Investor Services, we are exceptionally proud of our approach to Hybrid Working.
