Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older 
• High School Diploma or GED Required 
• Intermediate computer / technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, logs, and camera monitoring via handheld devices and computers
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist client, vendors, general public, co-workers, Site Supervisor, and Office Management
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must be able to conduct internal / external foot & mobile patrols throughout shift - during various weather conditions - to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, and unauthorized persons
• Must have great attention to detail 
• Must be comfortable with access control and turning away public / visitors that are not permitted on site
• Colorado Driver's License and a clean driving record required due to client required mobile patrol
• Must have a personal vehicle
• Must be willing to provide additional coverage as needed 
• Candidates must be comfortable on site where encounters with wildlife will occur
• Must be able to work in a team environment to achieve site / organizational goals
• Must be able to meet Colorado Springs Business License requirements for Guard Card License and continue to maintain license every year 
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation / force if required
• Successful candidates will have the ability to remain cognoscente and vigilant during entirety of shift
• Must have ability to adhere to uniform standards
