Calibration Technician - Field (J&J Calibration)

Making this position suitable for both entry-level candidates and those with experience.</p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>At our J&amp;J branch office in Dallas, TX and on-site at various customer sites and <strong>50% overnight travel.</strong></p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Able to lift 50lbs</li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card is required</span></li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Comfortable driving larger vehicles and/or current CDL a plus but not required&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Good organizational and prioritization skills</li> <li>Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel to customers’ locations in the Dallas, TX and some possible overnight out-of-state travel. There is a potential for up to 50% travel at peak periods.</li> <li>Comfortable driving large trucks/vans</li> </ul> <p><strong>Day to Day Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sites</li> <li>Perform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per company processes and instructional documentation</li> <li>Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures, standards, and protocols&nbsp;</li> <li>Working directly with clients with good communication to provide client updates on services needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality
