The Summer 2024 Internship program at Vevo is a paid opportunity designed as a unique opportunity for qualified students to gain hands-on experience while learning about the media and entertainment industry.
The Production Intern will focus on learning from & working with the Creative & Logistics teams with a focus on Production. This intern will be allocated to project work as a junior coordinator to develop various skill sets across different production areas both in the studio and in the office, giving them professional experience across various disciplines within production
This is a part-time position based on-site/in the office. Vevo will operate in a hybrid work model and will require interns to be in office 3 days a week.

As a member of our team, you will:
- Collaborate in the development of treatment strategies
- Cultivate effective communication skills with diverse vendors and suppliers
- Contribute to the organization and optimization of databases
- Manage studio operations with efficiency and attention to detail
- Fulfill production assistant duties on set with diligence
- Support project administration initiatives
- Gain valuable insights by shadowing multiple Production sub-departments on set
This describes you:
- Prior production internship experience
- Enthusiasm for live production and content capture
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Articulate with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Exemplary attention to detail in all tasks
- Adaptable team player with the ability to take direction and collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficient in Mac OS, with hands-on experience in Google Docs and MS Office
- A creative mind with a high level of work motivation, initiative, and multitasking ability
Requirements:
- Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite skills
- Desire to pursue a career in the media industry
- 20 hours per week (June 4, 2024 - August 8, 2024)
- Discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile talent
