The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Business Transformation/ERP Integration Leader, Americas, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Participating to the deployment of ERP systems across Americas countries, ensuring proper preparation phase and country readiness
• Driving cutover preparation and Execution for Countries and functions across Americas to ensure smooth execution of the ERP deployment roadmap
• Leading change management activities with area functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication and change acceptance
• Contributing to define best practices for ERP Deployment and user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation process

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND seven (7) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High school diploma/GED from an accredited education institution AND eleven (11) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Five (5) years Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Proven experience in Project Management
• Proven experience for deploying ERP a private, public, government or military environment
• Ability to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple organizational layers and geographies 
• Proven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver results in both in person and remote work environments  
• Strong change management, communication skills, business and process acumen, and analytical skills
• Prior experience driving results as a Green Belt, Black Belt and/or Project Manager

Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international
