THE JOB:  

As a Spa & Salon Receptionist at Vdara, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful check-in experiences for guests, and maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.  

STARTING PAY RATE:  $15 Hourly

SCHEDULE: On Call

Spa Hours of Operation

Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:  

• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and presentable for all incoming guests

• Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

• Assist guests in the booking of spa services, and use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities

• Create exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with questions, ensuring professional and courteous behavior

• Manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

• Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues

• Perform other job-related duties as requested  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

• Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card

• Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays 

• Has a flexible schedule

• Is dependable and service-focused

• Has prior experience using Zenoti, and Opera
