Human Resources Generalist (Hybrid)

This role allows for 1-2 days remote weeklySalary: $55-60k/yr
As a HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding activities, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.
• Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative support.
• Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities.
