Senior Auditor

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. This role plays a key part in evaluating internal controls, financial processes, compliance procedures, business risks, and operational effectiveness across the organization. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance governance and drive process improvements that support strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute internal audits, including planning, fieldwork, risk assessments, testing, and documentationEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, operations, and regulatory compliancePerform audits related to revenue, royalties, contract compliance, and contributionsIdentify control gaps and develop value-added recommendations for enhanced risk mitigationPrepare detailed audit reports and present findings to executive leadershipProvide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and contribute to staff developmentSupport audit readiness initiatives and continuous improvement projectsAssist with investigations, special reviews, and policy updates as neededEnsure audit procedures align with industry standards, internal policies, and applicable regulationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–6+ years of internal or external audit experience; experience in complex, multi-entity environments a plusStrong knowledge of GAAP, internal control frameworks, and risk assessment methodologyAdvanced analytical and problem-solving ability with a continuous-improvement mindsetExcellent communication and report writing skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
