HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Regional Strategic Policy Analyst to join our team supporting DoD missions with our team at USCENTCOM in beautiful Tampa, FL.

 

HII-Mission Technologies provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.

What You Will Do:

The position involves the ability to conceptualize, organize, manage, and execute high-level analysis on strategic / operational planning/ issues related to the United States Central Command. Applicant must be able to gain / maintain knowledge of regional issues impacting national and military strategy within the U.S. Central Command area of operations (AOR) and provide support to the analysis of national-level policies.  Develops and presents briefings on capabilities, operations, and requirements to military and government agencies, to include VIP presentations.

What We're Looking For:

•  6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Clearance – Must possess and maintain a TS-SCI clearance 

Preferred Requirements

 

• Experience working at a major command, combatant command, or service-level headquarters required; experience with/in the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility preferred

• Ability to rapidly synthesize data received from discussions into documents to include, talking points, information papers, and strategic planning documents

• Ability to develop briefing documents and other modes of strategic communications for senior military and civilian DoD leadership.

• Familiarity with key national security documents including the National Security Strategy, National Military Strategy, and the National Defense Strategy

• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient research and analytical skills

• Experience with MS Office Suite

• Strong organizational and planning skills
