About the role

1. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-

2. Coordinates and manages project activities, schedules, resources, equipment, and project-related information to

ensure timely completion of objectives.

3. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify project requirements, define scope, establish objectives, and support

project planning efforts.

4. Monitors project progress, identifies potential risks or issues, and facilitates resolution to maintain project timelines

and deliverables.

5. Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, providing regular status updates and communicating key

information to stakeholders and team members.

6. Develops, maintains, and distributes comprehensive project documentation, project plans, meeting materials, status

reports, and implementation schedules.

7. Organizes, schedules, and facilitates project meetings, ensuring agendas, objectives, and follow-up activities are

clearly communicated.

8. Coordinates team activities, project milestones, and deliverables while ensuring project information and supporting

materials remain current and accessible.

9. Maintains project records and documentation, ensuring all project-related materials are accurate, organized,

properly filed, and readily available for review.

10. Assists project managers with project tracking, reporting, resource coordination, and administrative functions to

support successful project execution.

11. Supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project processes,

communication, and operational efficiency.

12. Additional duties as assigned to meet the operational needs of the organization.

 

Qualifications/Training:

· Minimum 2 years of IT or relevant healthcare/biomedical experience required.

· Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

· Strong organization skills, including multitasking and time management.

· Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines.

· Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controls

· Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of project management tools, preferably MS Project

 

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

 

Minimum

· High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred

· Associate’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of relevant PC and project experience preferred.
