You‘ll be responsible for implementing and executing the end user (systems &amp; services) strategy within the Retail &amp; Hospitality sales accounts. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. </p><p></p><p>You’ll be part of the <b>Signify Regional Systems &amp; Services Team</b> and its responsibilities are building and developing Signify's Professional End-user's Systems &amp; Services business, so driving sales and engaging with customers must be in your DNA. </p><p></p><h2><b>More about the role</b></h2><ul><li>Responsible for developing, expanding and growing our Retail and Hospitality business in Romania</li><li>Execute sales and deliver operational targets in the context of local market trends and opportunities</li><li>Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership with customers with target to establish Signify as a preferred lighting products and solutions provider</li><li>Hunt for brand new opportunities for our retail and hospitality segment in Romania</li><li>Deploy global / regional sales and marketing strategies in the area / market assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Strategic mindset with focus on nurturing and execution and strong understanding of B2B End-user business in Romania</li><li>Wide network of Contractors, Engineers, Architects, Specifiers, etc. in the Hospitality and Retail (Shopping Malls) space</li><li>5+ years of proven track-record in key account management, solution selling, and value based selling principles</li><li>Lighting / solution selling experience or understanding of IoT selling eco-system is preferred</li><li><b>Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Romanian and English</b></li></ul><p></p><p><b>​What you’ll get in return</b><b>​</b></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary depending on experience and sales incentive (commission)</li><li>Extensive set of tools to drive your career, such as a personalized learning platform, free training and coaching</li><li>Opportunity to buy Signify products with discount</li></ul><p></p><p>We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
