Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Purchasing and Sales team to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Representative for further development and closure
• Work with operations as needed to provide necessary guidance and clarification to satisfy customers commitments
• Close and achieve weekly/monthly goals
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Responsible for progressing the development of business within existing and prospective contracts for Rentals and Sales
• Use company technology to solidify relationships with customers
• Work independently to progress towards company goals
• Close dealer sales and rental orders
• Respond to online sales inquiries
• Complete sales requests for outlying locations
• Liquidate cycled out equipment
• All other duties as assigned

Preferred Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Proven inside sales experience with a knowledge of movable medical equipment
• Strong phone presence and experience with lead generation
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
• BA/BS degree or equivalent

Abilities and Skills:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel)
