PAY RANGE: $16-$18 / hour
Compensation is determined based on your experience and qualifications.
In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for overtime, commission, performance-based increases, and bonuses.
REPORTS TO: Location Manager STATUS: Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Compile data, prepare invoices, ensure accurate pricing, process billing transactions, and handle customer payments and deposits.
- Order, maintain, reconcile, and track product movement while coordinating physical inventory counts.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining organized records.
- Answer phone calls, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure professional and courteous communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Schedule, prepare for, and organize meetings are requested.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling company and customer information.
- Manage daily tasks efficiently, adapt to changing priorities, and support the team in various administrative functions.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assists department managers and sales staff with marketing activities.
- Occasionally may be asked to drive and run local errands as requested.
- Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures as they apply.
- Comply with the uniform policy and uphold a professional appearance.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Educations and Experience
Must be pursuing a degree or certification from a community college, technical college, or university and in good academic standing at the time the internship begins.

- Demonstrated planning, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use the computer and “attention to detail” skills and the ability to use computer to enhance business processes.

Other Requirements
- Ability to work hours other than those considered normal at various times throughout the year to meet deadlines and demands.
