Job Description
The Senior Relationship Manager works closely with clients to drive the delivery of B2B services across all communication channels including branding and communication, and ESG to help ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality traditional and digital projects for our Fortune 500 client accounts and projects, always focusing on client satisfaction.
The Senior Relationship Manager reports to the Head of Client Services.

- Superior project management skills - experience using process tools such as basecamp, Jira, Trello, and GitHub.
- Ability to work in Macintosh OS-X operating system environment
Responsibilities
- Support projects of medium-high complexity
- Support the development and maintenance of client relationships and projects
- Facilitate information flow in all project phases, ensuring that milestones such as client approvals and Addison proposal objectives are met and recorded
- Facilitate the preparation of project meetings with agendas, client recap notes and next steps guidelines
- Develop overall project timelines and maintain regular status reports for distribution to clients and team for projects
- Manage resourcing plans, wireframes and requirements documentation, QA ticketing and delivery
- Work with the lead engineer to help onboard developers and troubleshoot issues as they arise; be an active participant in the dev process
- Monitor and manage scope creep
- Assist in content development of proposals for new business requests, as appropriate
- Act as final proofreader prior to client delivery
- Help to facilitate team planning to ensure that interdisciplinary team members share appropriate information and tools
- Keep Account Director informed of project status, needs and potential scope creep
- Help to facilitate client-side billing
Qualifications
- A college degree
- 7+ years’ experience in a project management, deadline-driven environment
- Superior organizational skills; experience managing creative, developers and QA
- Proven ability to work with a diverse group of demanding team members

- Excellent starting salary between 116-126k annually

Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
