The Role
Responsibilities
As a Portfolio Manager within the Kyndryl CIO organization, you will be responsible for the strategic management of the Collaboration portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and delivers optimal value. You will oversee the development and maintenance of IT roadmaps, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead the demand management process to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Act as the primary liaison between IT and business leaders, fostering strong relationships to ensure mutual understanding of priorities and strategic direction
Lead the demand management process to assess, prioritize, and select proposals for inclusion in the portfolio based on strategic value, business impact, and resource availability
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development:
Develop and manage an IT roadmap that provides visibility into current and future projects, their alignment with business strategy, and their interdependencies
Conduct continuous review and analysis of the portfolio to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for consolidation
Portfolio Performance:
Manage and report on portfolio performance, including financials, milestones, and risk metrics to enable informed decision-making in collaboration with a Program Manager and Business Operations Lead
Facilitate professional development opportunities to build a highly skilled portfolio management team
Manage always on operations of a global and multi time zone team supporting the platform 24 x 7 x 365
Portfolio Technical Leadership
Deliver Collaboration services to global Kyndryl Workforce using the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. The Collaboration Services include all elements on the platform from communications (e.g., Exchange and Teams) productivity services (e.g., Office and Sharepoint) and the low code environment (e.g., PowerApps).
Optimize the utilization and cost of the service with tight governance of the software provisioning by persona. deep understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, licensing and administration
Ensure software compliance, version currency, and
Portfolio Governance
Govern the demand process for the Microsoft 365 platform including partnership with Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Security for configuration decisions on the internal use tenant(s) managed by Kyndryl.
Oversee corporate projects impacting the service operation including migration and integration activities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and annual and special audits.
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $138,940 to $305,660 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Who You Are
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
Proven experience in IT portfolio management, strategic planning, and creation of digital product roadmaps
Strong background in stakeholder management and demand management processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
5+ years relevant experience as a M365 Collaboration Expert working in a large global enterprise
Proven experience as an M365 Collaboration Expert or similar role, with a strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and other related Mi
