What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you help develop a culture of security awareness by supporting and delivering educational programs, communications, services, and tools in all regions where Amgen operates. As a member of Amgen’s Cybersecurity & Digital Trust (CDT) team you will:

·Support development of programs and communication campaigns to help staff learn important security awareness concepts

·Build content and materials to teach information security to staff

·Support internal phishing testing, including creation of testing themes and content, management of campaign distribution, and consolidation of results

·Partner with Threat Intelligence and Security Operations teams to understand and identify real threats facing Amgen in order to develop relevant learning and engagement activities

·Synthesize data and information from various sources to determine top risks and threats and use this information to develop future security awareness campaigns and content

·Help manage and facilitate training events, webinars, and other learning opportunities

·Monitor and engage with global staff via communication channels, such as Sentinels inbox, Yammer channels, etc.

·Manage distribution lists, training and attendee lists, and other back-office administrative tasks

  • Demonstrated program or project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate information
  • Strong learning agility
  • Strong technical skillset
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
  • Must be team-oriented, placing priority on the successful completion of team goals
  • Practical Knowledge of Information Security standards and policies like ISO 27001/27002, NIST, and others
  • Preferred certifications:
    • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
    • CompTIA Security+
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • SANS Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC)

Minimum Requirements

Master’s degree

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience

OR

Associate’s degree and 6 years of directly related experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of directly related experience
