Relay University is seeking a Learning Admin to provide program administrative support to the team's strategy. The candidate will work on executing team processes and collaborate on the delivery of key programs.



Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate on the development and delivery of learning programs
• Perform content audits and partner with stakeholders to maintain accurate and relevant course content
• Pull, analyze and present data using Excel and SQL
• Own and drive content intake and execution with stakeholders
• Solve problems: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve
• Balance and prioritize multiple tasks

Basic Qualifications

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with SQL
