The opportunity
Join our Salesforce & IT team and help turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements for systems used by our Sales, Service, and Operations teams. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, the Project Manager, and IT teams, gaining real experience in Business Analysis and Salesforce in a global manufacturing & sales environment.
This is a great opportunity to start your career in IT and Business Analy-sis while still studying, and to learn one of the most widely used enterprise platform Salesforce.
How you’ll make an impact
Learn Salesforce (SFDC) – explore the system to understand its main parts (like Leads, Opportunities, Quotes) so you can talk about it with the team and business users
Help collect and organize requirements – join meetings with business teams, take clear notes, ask questions, and write down what needs to be built using simple templates in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Draw and update process diagrams – show how things work today and how they should work in the future using easy diagram tools (we’ll teach you)
Keep requirements clear and up to date – make sure the list of tasks is well organized, ready for discussion, and track progress together with the Project Manager
Support testing – help write simple test steps, check if new features work as expected, report any problems, and follow up until they are fixed
Work with IT and vendor teams – share information, review what they deliver, and keep everyone updated on progress
Learn how systems work together – understand how Salesforce connects with other systems (like SAP) and how data flows in a big company
Your background
You are university student (2nd–5th year) in Computer Science/IT, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Management/Production Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in Polish (C1+) and English (C1+) – you can communicate in meetings and write documentation in both languages.
Basic Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, simple formulas) and ability to present findings clearly
Analytical and detail-oriented – you like organizing information and asking questions to clarify details.
Comfortable with documentation and diagrams – using Word, PowerPoint, or simple tools like Figma, Miro
Availability: able to work hybrid from our Kraków office (min. 2 days/week) and ~24–30 hours/week during the semester
