Job DescriptionThe Sr HR Associate/HR Manager acts as an advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and growth. This role supports organizational effectiveness through talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and employee experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
Talent Management:
Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruitment teams and hiring managers.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Facilitate leadership development and career progression initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Champion employee engagement strategies and support initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to inform action plans.
Employee Relations:
Advise managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
Mediate conflict resolution and support disciplinary processes when necessary.
Change Management:
Lead HR aspects of organizational change, including restructures, mergers, and cultural transformation.
Communicate effectively to support employee understanding and buy-in.
Compliance & Policy:
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in a multinational or complex organizational setting.
Fluency in English
