Its unique culture gives true meaning to a “beyond banking” personality: to be a real entrepreneur, self-challenging, ever striving to excel and go that extra mile.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>A <strong>Packaging Engineer</strong><strong> </strong>must have a <strong>DevOps</strong> mindset willing to introduce automation on the packaging process, besides implementing modern application deployment techniques.</p><p>It will be part of a packaging team to support application packaging for Windows 10 and Windows Servers deployment.</p><p>Packaging will consist of building silent and interactive installation packages and performing initial installation testing on Windows 10 before delivery to the internal clients for user acceptance testing.</p><p><strong>Package and Integrate</strong></p><ul><li>Receive requests for application packaging, instruct and verify prerequisites in relation to product / application managers</li><li>Integrate and package the different applications, including qualification, testing, compatibility, and compliance</li><li>Provide technical support on the perimeter regardless of the manufacturing stage – qualification, pilot, production</li><li>Working on both existing and new applications, the employee will have to regularly carry out tests and recipes to ensure optimal operation of the latest releases.</li><li>Contribute to the maintenance and compliance of applications and packages</li></ul><p><strong>Automate and Industrialize</strong></p><ul><li>Promote packaging automation whenever it brings added value to the customer or team by taking part in AppFast implementation or any other packaging automation solution</li><li>Take part in the evolution and transformation of processes around patch and package industrialization solutions by integrating a DevOps mindset: </li><li>Carry out the integration (in a DevOps approach)</li><li>Install, administer, and develop automation solutions.</li><li>Automate and orchestrate the various chains of continuous integration, compilation and delivery, and contribute to the automation of administrative tasks.</li><li>Automate system deployment and configuration and application configuration.</li><li>Implement KPI’s for the evaluation and monitoring of products/processes/tests</li><li>Actively contribute to the improvement of existing and new processe</li></ul><p><strong>Optimize and Modernize Business</strong></p><ul><li>Actively contribute on the convergence projects, modernization, and transformation of the department</li><li>Perform actions to transform application packages (into Intune packages or other solution/technology)</li><li>Migrate and merge the Application Catalog </li><li>Deliver and maintain a modern user-friendly app store</li><li>Participate in the implementation of DevOps practices on convergence and modernization projects to automate the build and deployment of applications and make deliveries more reliable</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar (preferred)</li><li> Relevant experience in a similar role (ideally 2-5 years)</li><li> Experience and know-how on DevOps Cloud</li><li>Windows desktop environments</li><li>Packaging methods, MECM, Intune and system scripting tools (PowerShell)</li><li>Powershell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)</li><li>Windows Installer (MSI) technology</li><li>One or more programming languages (C#.NET, ASP.Net, AngularJS, Java etc.)</li><li>Database (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)</li><li>Confluence</li><li>Windows Package Manager</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Good communication</li><li>Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Autonomous, while capable of working within a team</li><li>Fast learner, easy to adapt, team worker</li><li>Agile, proactive and demanding</li><li>Client focus</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>#MuchMoreThanJustAJob</strong></p><p>Early morning.
