Executive Assistant - Impact IT

About the role

The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to act as the CEO Rikin's right-hand person. This entails overseeing the team, ensuring their accountability, introducing and managing new systems and processes, handling credit control, and various other responsibilities. The primary objective is to alleviate some of the tasks currently managed by the team and Rikin, liberating time for strategic focus on sales and service delivery, which, in turn, will facilitate the continued growth of the business.

In this role, you will:

🔄 Systemize business processes and implement new systems.

📊 Ensure accountability within the team.

🗓️ Manage diary and travel arrangements.

👥 Coordinate consistent team meeting attendance.

📈 Oversee quarterly planning efforts by team members.

🤝 Assist in sales activities by scheduling client meetings.

📬 Arrange new business outreach efforts.

📌 Handle general day-to-day clerical tasks.

⏰ This is a full-time position, and you’ll need to work 9 AM - 17:30 PM UK time.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant working remotely

✅ Good team-working skills (Creativity, Teamwork, Respect)

✅ Excellent interpersonal skills, being confident and capable of presenting ideas to improve productivity and efficiency to the team. You also need to take ownership and initiative at all levels.

✅ Excellent ethos around organization, record keeping, and professional discipline

✅ Understanding of project management

✅ Self-motivated but able to work within a team

✅ Strong knowledge of all clerical activities

✅ Strong problem-solving skills

✅ Skills with Microsoft Suite

✅ Proactivity
