Start your adventure with ALTER SOLUTIONS!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a part of the team you will be responsible for support and development of back-office system for fintech company. </p><p>Your primary responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Planning and execution of manual software tests</li><li>Planning and execution of regression tests</li><li>Preparation and maintenance of test scenarios and coordination of UAT.</li><li>Support for systems maintained by the team on the 2nd support line (20-30% of working time), without direct contact with the client</li><li>Verification of test environments using automated tests</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>At least 5 years of commercial experience (in fintech would be a plus)</li><li>Experience in business user support (helpdesk support)</li><li>Experience in running regression tests.</li><li>Ability to create test scenarios/test cases in accordance with best practices</li><li>Experience working in Scrum </li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of relational databases, the ability to write basic SQL queries.</li><li>Basic knowledge of the area of test automation (using e.g. Selenium)</li><li>Certificates or documented training in the area of Quality Assurance (e.g. ISTQB).</li><li>Experience gained as a tester in the leasing or insurance industry.</li><li>Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools: JIRA or Azure DevOps (formerly TFS)</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Once in two weeks work from the office ( mainly for team meetings)</li><li>Type of contract: B2B or contract of employment </li><li><strong>Polish at least B2</strong></li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Access to local and international projects - Clients from France, Germany, Portugal, UK and Benelux.</li><li>Professional development support -trainings, technical certificates, conference participation, foreign language classes and soft skills trainings are subsidized up to 2 000 PLN.</li><li>Flexibility - You choose form of cooperation: employment or business-to-business contract.</li><li>Bonus for recommending Candidates up to 6 000 PLN.</li><li>Fully paid Medicover healthcare card.</li><li>Multisport card.</li><li>Regular integration events and gifts.</li><li>Mobility Program.</li><li>Long term cooperation.</li></ul><p><em>If You applied for this position the Controller of your personal will be  ALTER SOLUTIONS POLSKA Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul.
