Expressable is a virtual speech therapy practice on a mission to transform care delivery and expand access to high-quality services, serving thousands of clients since our inception in late 2019. We are passionate advocates of parent-focused intervention. Our e-learning platform contains thousands of home-based learning modules authored by our clinical team, helping SLPs empower caregivers to integrate speech therapy techniques into their child’s daily life and improve outcomes. WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING AT EXPRESSABLE
Project & Change Management
Support clinical operations project success from conception to successful completion, leveraging project management methodologies and tools.
Coordinate the communication with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure project goals are met and stakeholders are informed.
Lead the development and implementation of strategies to address change readiness and resistance among the clinical and non-clinical teams at Expressable.
Operational Improvement
Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunity areas to improve clinical operations and management.
Use a continuous improvement approach to quickly and iteratively improve clinical operational efficiency, prioritizing clinical quality and outcomes, patient experience, and team engagement.
Partner cross-functionally to drive process and product improvements.
Internal & Change Communications
Utilize Expressable’s learning management and knowledge management systems to create, maintain, and optimize internal articles, ensuring seamless access to information for all employees.
Develop recurring learning management system (LMS) content intended to connect, engage, and inform Expressable’s remote workforce in partnership with the Employee Experience team.
Develop change communications project plans and timelines in coordination with organizational leaders and stakeholders.
Develop and deliver targeted communications to support program launches and organizational changes.
Create compelling narratives and materials to drive change communications across various stakeholder groups.
Develop both clinical and non-clinical educational content and training programs to support organizational initiatives in partnership with subject matter experts at Expressable.

WHAT YOU BRING TO EXPRESSABLE
Bachelor’s degree in health care, health care management, business, communications, or similarly related field
3+ years of experience
in project management and communications
developing educational content and training programs.
managing and maintaining learning management and knowledge management systems
or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in this role.
