JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Retail and Loyalty Partnerships, within the Global Technology team, plays a critical role in the full-stack creation and modernization of our eCommerce sites and the implementation of Loyalty Partnership Platforms. This position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, front-end design teams, and technical partners to maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include actively listening for functional and design requirements during project discussions, ensuring accurate documentation and refinement with stakeholders. The Senior Manager will lead sprint planning reviews, utilizing Figma for front-end design walkthroughs and Jira for functional requirements, to secure approvals for sprint initiatives. Additionally, the role involves tracking the backlog and updating the project roadmap in coordination with the Director, reflecting changes in business priorities within the team’s capacity.

A crucial aspect of this position is understanding internal resources and contacts to effectively navigate vendor reviews and contract approvals through the Global Technology Governance processes. This ensures that all steps are completed efficiently from start to finish while keeping project timelines in focus to prevent any blockers that could impact milestone achievement.

This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment, effectively managing multiple stakeholder relationships and competing priorities. The candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, designers, and developers, translating enhancement requests into actionable development tasks, while also ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user experience (UX) and backend functionalities to foster collaborative refinement of designs and requirements.
