About the role

Ōura is an award-winning and fast-growing startup that helps people track all stages of sleep and activity using the Ōura Ring and connected app. By providing daily feedback and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles, we’ve helped over one million people improve their sleep, understand their bodies, and transform their health. We’re on a mission to empower every person to own their inner potential, and we’re seeking candidates who want to make an impact on our journey.

For us, empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we work to promote work-life balance and ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.

The Member Experience (MX) team works to support members in their journey to get the most out of Oura. What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of the needs of our members and agents through hands-on learning and collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to promote automation, self service, and efficiency in all tools and processes.
  • Implement organizational changes to ensure that team standard operating procedures meet or exceed minimum standards of regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
  • Gather and organize information on company wide feature, product, or campaign launches to ensure that the MX department has all the needed pieces in place to fully support our members.
  • Represent the voice of Oura members and the MX organization in cross functional initiatives.
  • Utilize your skills in change management to guide the MX department through organizational and structural changes without negatively impacting the experience of the member.
  • Partner with data analytics specialists to provide a clear understanding of company needs and project return on investment.
  • Keep team leadership informed and involved with ongoing projects through weekly progress reports and timely ad hoc communication.
