About the role
Description: PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Location: Fort Knox centric (REMOTE)Required Clearance: Secret w/ability to obtain a TSRequired Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.Required Experience: Eight (8) years of experience as a Business Analyst
Responsibilities:· use of data provided by cost estimators to create overall cost versus benefit assessment while considering functional benefits, technical performance, risks, and schedule concerns.· Experience in the analysis of IT business and information environment, activities, and events. · Experience in finding trends, errors and reviewing data with report writing skills.· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.· Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather information.· Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.· Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on business operations.· Design and propose technology solutions to address business challenges.· Develop detailed system specifications and documentation. Requirements· Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.· Oversee system testing and validation processes.· Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.· Communicate project progress to stakeholders.· Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.· Provide training to end-users on new systems and processes.· Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and systems.· Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in relevant Field, Business Analysis Profession (CBAP) or similar certifications are a plus. Certifications:· PMI (PMP)
