We are licensed partners of Microsoft Azure (MS Gold), Amazon Web Services (AWS Partner &amp; Reseller) and Google. </p><p></p><h3><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Automating DevOps-related tasks and processes - we don’t want to spend our time fighting the same issues every day.</li><li>Educating other members of the team - you are the bridge between the Dev and the Ops - help people around you get the best of both worlds.</li><li>Understanding the needs and challenges of clients across operations and development.</li><li>Engaging in building the right solution that meets the client’s technical and business requirements.</li><li>Responding to the needs of development teams in projects.</li><li>Creating and updating technical documentation.</li><li>Managing tasks within ServiceDesk DevOps - supporting development teams.<br/> </li></ul><h3><strong>Salary range: </strong></h3><p><strong>Poland &amp; EU: PLN 16,800 - 28,200 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days off</strong></p><p><strong>Poland: PLN 14,000 - 23,500 (Contract of Employment).</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>We want you on board if you have:</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience.</li><li>Very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (C1).</li><li>Solid experience with Azure</li><li>Solid experience with Kubernetes (especially AKS).</li><li>Solid practice with management and automation of CI pipelines (CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github Actions) and gitops tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.</li><li>Solid experience in Linux administration and Docker.</li><li>Experience with high-available and high scalable environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Azure Bicep.</li><li>Experience with scripting/programming languages (Bash, Python, Go).</li><li>Ability to identify a problem/opportunity and propose a working and credible solution.</li><li>Practice with monitoring/data collection tools: Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Loki, DataDog, Graylog, ELK stack, Zabbix.</li><li>Experience (lab level) with other orchestration tools like Azure App Service/Container Apps, Rancher, Nomad, k3s, minikube.</li><li>Implementation of solutions according to Well-Architected Framework standards.</li><li>Proactive security-first approach.</li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>Nice-to-haves:</strong></h3><ul><li>Good knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet.</li><li>Experience with Software Engineering.</li><li>Courage in making decisions.</li><li>Experience with virtualization hypervizors like vmware, Proxmox.</li><li>Network knowledge on L2 and L3.</li><li>Azure Administrator Associate Certificate or higher</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3><strong>In return, we offer:</strong></h3><ul> <li> <strong>Access to the WorkSmile</strong> platform offering benefits adapted to your preferences.</li> <li>One-time PLN 1000 home office bonus for B2B contractors, and PLN 175 monthly lump sum (ryczałt) for remote employees.</li> <li>Various internal initiatives: webinars, knowledge sharing sessions.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Looking for a freelance job?
