About the role

Customer Success Partner – Nordic Sales

We are looking for a Customer Success Partner (CSP) to join our Nordic Sales organization for a temporary assignment until end of October 2027.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your customer portfolio (Key-, Enterprise and/or Strategic client) and ensuring strong performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly and confidently (fluent in English, both written and spoken and preferably Danish too), thrives in a fast-paced environment without losing the bigger picture, and brings strong coordination, negotiation skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset, combined with a strong team player attitude.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you are expected to take ownership of your customer(s), drive performance, and ensure a high level of quality in both execution and customer experience. You will succeed in this role by driving growth, improving efficiency, solving issues proactively, and ensuring a strong and consistent customer experience.

  • Own and manage your customer portfolio
  • Understand customer business, strategy, and needs
  • Ensure all deals and agreements are filed correctly and on time
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the customer’s voice internally and remove roadblocks
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Monitor customer performance and follow up on pipeline, volume, and targets
  • Support growth across Ocean and Logistics & Services (LnS)
  • Drive improvements in processes, efficiency, and ways of working
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team
