<h3>Job Title</h3>Commercial Finance Business Partner Europe Ultrasound<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As the Ultrasound Commercial Finance Business Partner – Europe Region you will play a critical role in shaping business strategy by providing deep financial insights and strategic guidance to Ultrasound Regional Business Leader.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Your role:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in financial planning and analysis, providing deep expertise in complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development to support critical strategic initiatives across the organization.</p></li><li><p>You will partner closely with senior leadership to influence and shape business strategy by providing advanced financial insights, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and ensuring that financial considerations are central to all key decisions.</p></li><li><p>You will work under limited supervision and contribute to development, modification, and execution of organizational policies impacting immediate operations of a business and/or region and/or function and potentially organization wide.</p></li><li><p>You will lead design and execution of sophisticated financial models that assess the impact of various strategic options, including market entry strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and new product developments, ensuring that all assumptions are rigorously tested.</p></li><li><p>You will lead the preparation and delivery of high-level financial presentations to executive management and the board of directors, ensuring that complex financial information is communicated clearly and effectively to support decision-making at the highest levels.</p></li><li><p>You will lead the evaluation and prioritization of major investment opportunities, such as capital projects, acquisitions, and new ventures, providing expert financial guidance and ensuring that all proposals are aligned with the company's long-term strategic objectives.</p></li><li><p>You will monitor and analyze the financial performance of the business at a granular level, identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities, and working with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that optimize financial outcomes.</p></li><li><p>You will identify and drive the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and systems by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and leading cross-functional initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment in financial planning and reporting.</p></li><li><p>You will mentor and coach junior finance team members, sharing expertise and best practices in financial analysis, strategic thinking, and business partnering.</p></li><li><p>You will lead or contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives that require a deep understanding of financial implications, working closely with other departments to ensure that financial goals are integrated into broader business strategies and plans.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if: </b></p><ul><li><p>You have 5 plus years of experience in areas such as Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>You have experience operating across multiple regions or zones (ideally within Europe) and working closely with business or regional teams. You have strong cultural awareness and empathy, enabling you to work effectively across diverse zones and teams.</p></li><li><p>You have a track record of effective cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, often in virtual environments (e.g., pricing, supply).</p></li><li><p>You have strong stakeholder management, influencing and decision-making skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and build cooperation.</p></li><li><p>You have a high level of independence and are comfortable working autonomously.</p></li><li><p>You have a collaborative mindset and foster trust, cooperation, and openness within your team.
