ERP Fin Lead

Job Description : Min 8 years of Experience in SAP FICO module with hands-on experience on the following areas FI: G/L, AP, AR, Treasury, Assets, FPSL, MDG along with managerial skills and understanding of Agile methodologies, Closing and Reporting CO: CCA, PCA, Internal order, CO-PA, CO-PC Very good experience in Controlling submodules like CO-Product Costing and CO-Profitability Analysis and CO-Profit center Accounting is must. SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI- GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA, Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL, Banking, multi currency Experience in Financial Month end Activity, Financial Closing Cockpit(Task template, Task list) and Intercompany reconciliation process. SAP implementation , Rollout, support or conversion project experience is mandatory Willing to work in support project Exposure to integration with other modules such as MM, SD, SuccessFactors Very good knowledge of SAP functional and technical background , different stages of support as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, team work, multiple teams’ interaction, SAP S/4 HANA FI certification is preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication skills Should be able to coordinate with customer team and service SLA’s. Team player and networking Capacity to challenge partners as well as capacity to show added value in relationship with them Customer centric and capacity to deliver high level of service. Work independently with minimum supervision. Should front end with customer to present the solution Hands on experience in generating reports Should be willing to work at customer location at TX, US
