We are seeking a part-time intern to work in our Superior, CO office for approximately 8-12 hours per week during the 2025 semester. A successful internship would likely convert to a full-time internship during the 2025 summer.

About the Internship:

The intern will partner with the SVP of Institutional Bank Risk Management and will support various risk, compliance, and monitoring activities. Through work tasks, the intern will gain an understanding of business risk and compliance within the financial services industry and practical operational experience. Activities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support client onboarding by executing successful compliance risk screening
• Ensure data integrity on client identifiers, partnering with operations teams, as needed
• Maintain and submit recurring file to Enterprise Security Services as part of financial crimes and OFAC risk mitigation
• Support SVP with monthly reconciliations as directed by Enterprise Security Services, primarily related to ensuring appropriate AML/BSA risk due diligence was performed

What We are Looking for in candidates

• A current sophomore or junior undergraduate student in business, pre-law, economics, or other applicable program
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• A strong work ethic and extreme attention to detail
• A desire to gain exposure to working in a highly regulated industry
• A minimum 3.3 GPA
• Eligibility to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation and Benefits

This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $21 per hour.
