Are you a motivated and experienced security professional looking for the next step in your career? The  Area has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Manager! We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of security officers to ensure operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be equipped in handling scheduling, payroll processing, and site training. They must have previous experience in developing a high performing team with strong customer service skills and great communication while adhering to our core values; Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.

Position Requirements

Education Requirement: Associate degree and 3 years of experience in security, business management, or combination of equivalent education and experience sufficient to perform the essential job functions, as determined by Securitas. (1 calendar year experience = 1 academic year)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required
• Prior experience with safety and security standards in healthcare setting preferred
• Proficient in basic computer and technology use
• Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills
• Ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills a must.
