Advance innovation in 3-M assessment methodologies, quality assurance practices, and logistics process improvements to help commands overcome persistent readiness challenges.

● Utilize extensive experience with the Navy 3-M System, maintenance databases, logistics systems, configuration records, and quality assurance procedures to conduct high-fidelity assessments and deliver clear, authoritative recommendations.
