Job Description

• Supervision of technical processes and their responsibilities in the production of electronic control units, contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators related to MFE within the SMT Area
• Professional and organizational management of process engineers in final assembly
• coaching process engineers within SMT Placement Team  (leads professional and personal development of subordinate engineers)
• ensures the achievement of quality, cost and delivery objectives in a safe production environment
• Preparation and implementation of GPDs
• preparing audits from customers, process or system
• control and develop the technical availability of machines
• Establish standard procedures for process analysis and reduce IDC indicators
• set up existing production lines for new product launches
• Reliable project support and proper involvement of SMT placement process engineers
• follow project planning by the leading factories "lead" and re-adjust if necessary

Qualifications

• Technical skills required
• University degree in mechanical/electrical field
• General experience: Electronics production
• Specific experience required: Engineering
• Production of series production in the automotive industry; detailed knowledge in the technical processes of SMT processes
• Preparation of machine specifications, acceptance of machines
• Driving experience
