Senior Manager, Brand and Creative

SOCi, the award-winning CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is seeking a versatile and dynamic Senior Manager, Brand and Creative. The Senior Manager, Brand and Creative at SOCi will be responsible for shaping the organization's brand identity and driving creative initiatives across various channels. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive B2B, martech, and enterprise experience, offering the opportunity to lead a dynamic creative team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and champion innovative strategies. In this role you will become a critical part of the marketing leadership team and work closely with SOCi leadership across the company.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and other departments within SOCi.
• Define and implement SOCi’s creative strategy, bringing our brand to life across multiple initiatives and channels.
• Guide and prioritize the creative team's efforts, ensuring alignment with the established creative strategy.
• Manage and lead an internal designer and additional creative agency support in executing major projects across diverse channels, ensuring brand consistency across web, mobile, social, digital, content, video, and other platforms.
• Oversee the front-end creation of SOCi's website, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing online presence.
• Manage relationships with a development agency, coordinating efforts to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Develop an iterative approach to creative, instilling a testing culture to drive performance improvements.
• Drive creativity and innovation across the organization, positioning SOCi as a trusted leader and capturing the attention of target audiences.
• Oversee the development and implementation of visual content to ensure top-tier quality.
• Scale the design team to meet business needs while leading ideation sessions and fostering an environment of creative exploration.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely 

• 8+ years of experience in a design or creative capacity.
• 3+ years of experience managing staff.
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams and initiatives, with extensive B2B, MarTech, and enterprise experience.
• Strong design and creative background with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Track record of elevating brands and making them relevant to new audiences.
• Experience launching large-scale, multi-platform marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for the latest trends in brands and campaigns.
• Passion for defending the ideas and convictions of the Branding & Communications team.
• Ability to receive objective-based assignments, determine resources, and make strategic decisions that impact organizational priorities and workforce.
