Essential Job Functions: 

• Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring services are provided as per contractual obligations and service levels are met or exceeded
• Work closely with Client Service Manager and Technical Account Manager to ensure efficient account operations
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals
• Interface with senior level client executives for strategic planning and reporting
• Participate in budget management and cost control for accounts
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics
• Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies
• Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary
• Provide regular status updates on account performance to internal and external stakeholders
• Lead technical teams, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
• Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
• This role is onsite in Miami, Florida

Technical Qualifications

• MCP, MCSE, or MCTS, MCITP with Messaging and Collaboration capabilities specialization.
• Experience and certification in M365 Cloud Services, Exchange 2016/2019, MS Teams, Skype for Business, SharePoint 2016 / 2019, Intune, Email Protection Services
• 5+ years relevant work experience with MS Exchange 2016, 2019 including ActiveSync and Intune; MS Teams, Skype for Business; Sharepoint 2016, 2019; EPS implementation and support
• 1 year experience on MS Exchange 2016 including ActiveSync and Outlook Anywhere; SharePoint 2016; LYNC 2016 including enterprise voice implementation and support
• 5+ years experience supporting Messaging and Collaboration platforms, M365 Operations, Hybrid systems, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and M365 migrations with tools such as MS Proprietary, Binary Tree, Quest, etc

Performance Metrics

• Support revenue, margin and cost objectives for the account
• Contract compliance (SLAs, audits, risks, service governance
• Productivity (LPI , right shoring, automation, lean, adherence to DXC standards
• Operational discipline / Excellence (billability, utilization, rotation, compliance, risk governance
• Employee engagement (skills development, trainings, certifications, succession planning)
