About This Role
The Senior Manager, Neuropsychiatry Patient Fulfillment Analytics is responsible for the successful scope, execution and delivery of all reporting, analytics, research, and insights to understand the patient and script fulfillment journey from HCP prescribing to patient receiving medication (Rx-to-dose). This role sits within the Market Access and Reimbursement (MA&R) organization but will work cross functionally with trade and distribution (T&D, under the MA&R organization), brand, field, and commercial operations teams.
This individual will work across various datasets, spanning leadership metrics consumed by the Biogen and alliance leadership to data and metrics used to measure and manage pharmacy performance. These rx-to-dose metrics include but are not limited to cycle time, conversion rate, never start reasons, paid vs. free fill rate, pharmacy transfer rate. This role will understand how the data and metrics are interdependent and work to understand national-level trends down to a more granular level such as by pharmacy or prescriber.
Through Rx-to-dose reporting and analytics, this individual will help the organization understand the fulfillment journey and identify bottlenecks along the way. As the organizational expert on the rx-to-dose journey, this individual will provide analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making on matters that impact the fulfillment process.
What You'll Do
- Monitor Rx-to-dose metrics, including drilling down (e.g. by pharmacy, by geography, by payer) to understand underlying drivers of performance and potential areas to further investigate or improve
- Partner with trade, brand, and field teams to action upon identified pull-through opportunities (e.g. target lists, field suggestions)
- Provide reports and actionable insights to field teams (Neuropsychiatry Account Navigators and Field Reimbursement Managers) to enable patient pull-through
- Bridge rx-to-dose metrics at the Alliance level to operational reports managed by the T&D team
- Manage rx-to-dose metrics and reports across the organization and work with respective report owners to standardize definitions
- Catalog and review rx-to-dose reports, including utilization of reports, to rationalize reports or identify opportunities for new reports to fulfill unmet needs

Qualifications
- BA/BS required, MBA or relevant work experience preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and/or strategic consulting discipline
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with incorporating qualitative and quantitative inputs into projects
- Ability to proactively deliver moderately complex analytical investigations and cross-functional projects with limited guidance
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to absorb and logically structure information into analytical deliverable outputs
- High sense of urgency with the ability to work under tight timelines
- Demonstrated strong communication skills – both efficient and succinct in verbal and written communications/deliverables
- Attention to detail, yet proven ability to maintain an “80/20” mindset
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $194,000. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
