Job Title: Executive Director, Operational Treasurer
Location: Northville, MI

Solutions, Clean Air and Powertrain business groups, Tenneco is driving advancements in
global mobility by delivering technology solutions for light vehicle, commercial truck, offhighway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket.
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director, Ice Co Treasurer. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management and applications, hedging, and factoring. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal treasury operations, support financial decision-making, and contribute to the company's financial health and growth. The position may be based in Northville, MI and reports directly to the Clean Air & Powertrain CFO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management.
- Review and define hedging & risk strategy.
- Manage balance sheet forecasting by working with regions and plants.
- Will be the lead for all cash initiatives and M&A activities,
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business unit and treasury team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive the development and optimization of systems and tools for treasury management and balance sheet forecasting.
- Analyze financial market trends to identify risks and opportunities related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodities.
- Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide finance initiatives and projects.
- Play a key role in strategic planning and financial analysis.
