Senior Product Manager - Shipper Self-Service

We are excited to meet you and for you to join us in shaping the future of the logistics industry in Europe.   ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity to join our Shipper Self-Service Team working directly with our SMB shippers, the key business owners as well as our engineering teams and leaders.  You’ll be supporting the overall strategy for this part of our business as well as working directly with the engineering teams that are building the features/functionality necessary to deliver our long-term vision.  You’ll be responsible for translating business requirements into user stories for our engineers as well as defining areas that require technical or functional spikes.  You’ll also work closely with our Product Design team and our UX Research function to ensure that we remain ‘customer/user first’ in our approach.     IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

• Work directly with the primary engineering team that is focused on Shipper Self-Service, own the team backlog
• Breakdown high-level initiatives into milestones and prioritize Epics, User stories and create acceptance criteria and own the go-to-market comms for launches
• Facilitate Daily Standups, Scrum Refinements, Quarterly Planning, Team Demos and participate in team retros
• Define the product-related metrics that will measure the impact of our product builds
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, program managers, designers, researchers and with multiple partner teams from local to global business teams.
• Cooperate with the Business stakeholders by sharing the information regarding potential blockers, possible delays or support requests in a proactive manner

  PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…

• You have 6+ years of professional experience in a Product Management role with a history of success working with senior engineers and development teams
• You are familiar with hypothesis and data based product development, e.g. user research, A/B testing
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, self-service portals or order management software
• Experience in defining and delivering customer-impacting products and product features
• Experience in use of data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Looker 
• Great communication and collaboration skills, you are able to translate complex technical solutions into simple language that all of your stakeholders can understand and work to
• Experience in agile work environments and are able to bring that mindset to your work and collaborations
• Experience in working in high-growth and rapidly scaling environments and overcoming the challenges that these bring
