About the role
CleanSpark is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to join our administrative team. As anEA to our CTO, you will be the gatekeeper to one of the busiest roles in our organization. The ideal candidate will bea team player who is focused on thoughtfully and efficiently assisting the CTO in day-to-day tasks, supportingprojects and initiatives, managing calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, administrative reports, collaboratingacross departments to support the team, assisting with personal matters such as errands, scheduling, and otheritems as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage calendar for internal, external, and personal meetings.
- Track and coordinate daily task management & priorities
- Manage e-mail communication: review, draft, flag, and filter inbox on behalf of CTO
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (airfare, lodging, car rentals, dining reservations)
- Prepare CTO for meetings: prepare agenda, coordinate with meeting participants regarding expectations,
- sit-in meetings to support CTO in follow up’s/summary
- Organize and maintain confidential information: files, passwords, records, and reports
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and hosting CTO sponsored events (business meetings, dinners, team
- outings, etc.)
- Managing daily tasks and priorities on behalf of CTO
- Collaborate with team members to support CTO tasks, projects, and deliverables
- Serve as a point of contact internally and externally for CTO
- Executing personal errands, as requested
- Supporting personal tasks and events, as requested.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years experience as an admin professional
- Proven experience in administrative coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and solutions oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
- Available to communicate during off-hours such as nights and weekends
- Ability to travel – up to 20%
- Willing to use personal vehicle for errands/personal tasks (mileage reimbursement available)
