Responsibilities Include:
- Lead FP&A process across all functions, manage and optimize Swiftly P&L to achieve financial goals, deliver monthly finance reviews to C-level executives
- Define and drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes at P&L granularity
- Work with data engineering to develop custom finance reporting for partnerships
- Partner with Sales Operations to set sales target/quota, forecast revenue, measure incentive plan, and run revenue sharing reporting
- Drive investment prioritization, develop unit economics (LTV/CAC) and ROI analysis to guide decision making
- Manage and monitor partnerships for complex go to market revenue and cost sharing arrangements
- Define and automate HC management and reporting process including payroll cost forecast
- Partner with the Controllership team to ensure accurate financials and identify/mitigate risks
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other analytical subject areas
- 7 years relevant FP&A experience at high growth tech companies
- Familiarity with sales finance and/or digital advertising
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and the ability to communicate and partner with a senior management team
- Outstanding modeling and analytical skills
- Excel and SQL expert. Bonus points if you also have other database, automation, or BI skills. Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience (working knowledge of NetSuite and SFDC a plus)
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a fast-changing environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and jumping into operational details
